Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end program management for social media initiatives, from intake and briefing through execution and launch
• Partner with Client Services to support execution of brand priorities and maintain strong day‑to‑day client relationships
• Assist with coordination of Tier 1 social campaigns, including vehicle launches and key brand moments
• Support always‑on organic social content, ensuring deliverables stay aligned to timelines and priorities
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and analytics
• Help maintain program plans, timelines, and documentation
• Track progress, dependencies, and potential risks, escalating when needed
• Support internal and client status meetings by capturing notes, actions, and next steps
• Contribute to operational best practices that support efficiency across social workflows

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within an agency or integrated marketing environment
• Experience supporting social media or digital campaigns across multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with social media content production and campaign workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear communicator who works well across teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities
• Passion for social media, digital culture, and or automotive brands
