Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research, draft, and design exceptional content across a range of modalities and formats
  • Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Foster stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Leverage AI to accelerate production and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent

Preferred

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
