Responsibilities

• Promote the entrepreneurship program across university, student, and startup communities
• Identify and engage potential applicants through personal networks and outreach
• Share program information via direct messaging, social media, and community channels
• Drive qualified registrations and guide applicants through basic onboarding steps
• Coordinate with the core team for updates, materials, and campaign alignment
• Maintain activity tracking (leads, conversations, conversions) in provided formats
• Contribute insights from the field to improve outreach strategy and messaging

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active presence in student, youth, or startup communities (online or offline)
• Ability to independently execute outreach and follow-ups
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based outcomes
• Access to a personal network (students, graduates, early-stage founders, etc.)

Preferred

• Basic understanding of entrepreneurship, education, or startup ecosystems (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, campus leadership, or community roles is a plus
