Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Display Product Marketing Specialist will support the management of one or more LED Display product segments, contributing market insights and assisting in the development of the GTM strategy for the assigned product segment.
  • In this role, the Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional team members across Sales, Marketing, SCM, and Finance to support the execution of the GTM plan and help achieve the financial targets for their product segment.
  • Additional responsibilities include providing product planning support from the perspective of technical readiness, operational readiness, and contributing to the voice of customer (VOC) / voice of partner (VOP) process.
  • The Display Product Marketing Specialist should be comfortable working across many functions and in collaboration with different teams to support Samsung in reaching our goals and delivering on management's expectations.
  • In partnership with category leaders, assist in roadmap updates and lifecycle management, pricing requests, bids, RFQ/RFP, and SKU readiness.
  • Support weekly product competitive pricing and promotional reporting, including gap closure plans vs. monthly/quarterly/annual plans, market share, and GTM strategies for LED Display.
  • Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 channel development initiatives.
  • Contribute to promotional plans and programs.
  • Assist in creating and presenting product marketing decks to prospective accounts and executive leadership.
  • Support communications on security patches, bug fixes, and OS updates to stakeholders, in coordination with HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with commercial technologies or consumer electronics
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
  • Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers, and executives
  • Passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problems
  • Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Experienced working within multi-tiered sales organization with direct customers and channel/distribution partners
  • Familiar with PSI, CPFR and P&L process
  • Understanding of Education and Interactive industry market data tracking
