Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 8-12+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Deep investment product marketing experience focused on institutional investors. Strong knowledge of institutional asset classes, investment strategies, and investment vehicles including separate accounts, pooled funds, CITs, mutual funds, ETFs, and private market structures where applicable.
  • Thorough understanding of institutional client types, investment decision-making processes, portfolio construction frameworks, consultant influence models, and asset allocation considerations. Proven experience translating institutional client challenges and market conditions into differentiated marketing, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize market events, investment research, and portfolio insights into compelling thought leadership, sales narratives, and promotional content designed for institutional investment audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the role investment strategies and vehicles play within institutional portfolios, including their use cases, benefits, risks, and allocation considerations.
  • Excellent influencing skills as this position primarily integrates and aligns the priorities, needs and requirements of the broader Enablement & Marketing organization, that optimize client experience; to influence increased adoption of MFS strategies resulting in increased sales, net new flows, client engagements.
  • Ability to partner with enablement, sales as well as channel marketing leads to ensure client feedback is continuously provided for the purpose of understanding the evolving needs of our clients across all channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
