Job Summary

Own the product marketing engine end to end, coordinating messaging, launches, and channel partnerships while allying with sales, regulatory, and education teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Downstream Marketing Ownership: own messaging, promotions, channel partnerships, reporting, and cross-functional sales collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Growth: analyze marketing and sales data to surface trends, build business cases, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Launch & VOC Execution: plan launches and gather customer VOC to maximize launch revenue and overall brand impact.

Job Description

  • Category ownership focused on downstream marketing activities including messaging, promotions, channel partnership, reporting, sales collaboration and customer engagement, maximizing market share and profitability
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth
  • Discover, interpret, and leverage performance reporting and dashboards to effectively communicate key metrics, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Crafting and delivering all marketing communication in print, digital and social media channels
  • Develop and execute annual brand plan to include new product launches, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotion strategy
  • Develop new product launch plans and customer VOC to maximize launch revenue for upcoming new products
  • Lead educational and training content development and deployment
  • Collaborate and partner with the sales team helping drive sales effectiveness and sales results
  • Work closely with legal, regulatory, and other functional to align on objectives and teams achieve desired results
