We’re looking for an Product Marketing Manager for our partner company, Duomo. Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading Christian-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal. To achieve this ambitious goal, we’re looking for a (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager who will own one of the most important parts of the user journey — the acquisition funnel: the user path from ad click to purchase, and marketing monetization. You will have the opportunity to: See the results of your work in real time Rapidly grow in both marketing and product Help build the #1 business in the niche Learn how tech businesses are built — directly from the source Work with a team of highly driven, results-focused people What you will be responsible for: Drive business results by generating new unconventional ideas, testing hypotheses, and analyzing performance Driving R&D by identifying, developing, and testing new marketing and product “angles” through competitor analysis, quantitative and qualitative research — directly influencing both marketing and product decisions Building an A/B testing system together with analytics and engineering teams Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to continuously improve acquisition strategy Conducting market research and constantly generating new ideas and hypotheses What you need to succeed in this role: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product roles A mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and structured execution — the ability to turn bold ideas into working tools Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions Ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses quickly Strong understanding of users and behavioral psychology Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability English level: B2+ Why Duomo You’ll work on a product with a clear mission and real values.
