Job Summary

Drive Napster's product marketing collateral to shorten sales cycles and accelerate close rates.

  • Own multi-format content from demos to landing pages that influence buyers.
  • Must-have: Proven ability to ship fast with a track record across formats.
  • Standout: Experience turning customer feedback into scalable assets and a sales-focused mindset.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Arm the sales team — Create the collateral that closes deals. Battle cards, demo scripts, objection handlers, case studies. If sales is asking engineering for help running demos, you've failed. If they're running demos confidently with materials you built, you've won.
  • Support partnerships — You'll support the partner team with co-marketing materials, join partnership calls, and turn partner opportunities into collateral that accelerates deals.
  • Live on the front lines — You're on customer calls and demos—not to sell, but to get comfortable telling our story and to bring the customer voice back to product. You'll feel what lands and what doesn't. That signal shapes what you build next.
  • Ship across every format — Landing pages when products launch. Social content that shows what our companions can actually do. Short videos. Long-form when it matters. The format serves the sale.
  • Push back on product — "Customers don't actually want that." "We should lead with this angle instead." You've talked to enough prospects to have opinions. You use them.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in product marketing, growth, or content. But we're open to someone earlier if they have the hunger. What matters more than years: you&aposve shipped a lot, you&aposve developed taste, and you want more ownership than your current role allows.
  • Ships in 72 hours, not 72 days You default to done. Perfectionism is for version two.
  • Sponge who lets the water out Absorbs fast, produces fast. Learns by doing, not by reading about doing.
  • Comfortable building from nothing The playbook doesn't exist yet. That excites you, not scares you.
  • Multi-modal storyteller Equally comfortable writing copy, editing video, and designing pages. The format serves the story.
  • Thinks in sales outcomes You understand that marketing exists to serve sales. Every asset you create should shorten deal cycles or increase close rates.
  • Fluent with AI tools We're an AI company. You should be comfortable using AI in your own work—writing with Claude, creating videos with Veo3, prototyping in Figma. Not because we mandate specific tools, but because you're genuinely curious about what's possible.
  • We don't require a specific industry background. What we do require is evidence that you can create compelling content across formats, fast, and that you understand how marketing connects to sales.

Benefits

  • Paid Time-Off: We offer flexible vacation time with 10 company holidays.
  • Health Plans: We offer robust medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents. Disability, life insurance, and FSA/HSA benefits are also available.
  • Wellness: Access to Teladoc and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Parental Leave: Paid leave.
  • Retirement Savings: Contribute pre-tax or post-tax earnings through our 401(k) plan.
