Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence & Research
  • Become our in-house expert on market trends, competitive moves, and emerging signals in the AI and platform ecosystem.
  • Dive deep into customer pain points, challenges, and opportunities, surfacing actionable insights that drive product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the curve. Your reading list, curiosity, and ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations set you apart.
  • Product Marketing Strategy
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing leadership to guide and shape product positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate insights from the market and customers into strategic direction and storytelling that resonates.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, championing market driven product strategy and execution.
  • Execution & Ownership
  • Roll up your sleeves and drive execution, from product launches and campaigns to customer-facing experiences that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Own the success of product tours, demos, and other product experiences tied directly to engagement and adoption.
  • Analyst & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) to ensure our story is heard, understood, and differentiated.
  • Turn analyst insights into actionable strategies that elevate our market position and amplify our voice in category defining conversations.

Requirements

  • Experienced in AI and platform technologies , with a deep understanding of how they are reshaping enterprise software and redefining customer expectations.
  • A deep learner and researcher , someone who consumes ideas voraciously and can tell us about the last five books, reports, or podcasts that shaped your thinking.
  • A market signal detector , always connecting dots across competitors, customers, and technology shifts to forecast what’s next.
  • Strong research skills and market intelligence expertise with a strategic mindset, leveraging data and behavioral insights to shape product direction, inform go-to-market strategies, and craft narratives that drive measurable impact.
