Job Summary

Own end-to-end market strategy for Emergency Medicine using research, competitive intel, and clinician-focused messaging to drive adoption and revenue.

  • Market & Adoption: Ground strategy in global EM needs and POCUS use in trauma, FAST, and resuscitation workflows.
  • Product & Positioning: Influence roadmap and messaging for emergency hardware, software, and AI tied to clinician workflows.
  • Growth & Enablement: Drive demand, channel partnerships, and sales playbooks to accelerate uptake in EDs, EMS, and acute care settings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Infrastructure: Develop market research and interviews to understand Emergency Medicine needs and POCUS adoption across settings.
  • Product & Roadmap: Inform hardware/software/AI direction and influence fast, accurate clinician workflows in high-pressure environments.
  • Whole Solutions Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft messaging for decision-makers and clinicians across trauma, FAST, cardiac, pulmonary, vascular access, and procedures.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Analyze emergency imaging competitors and refine differentiators for emergency clinicians.
  • Pipeline Development & Lead Conversion: Drive demand strategies to accelerate lead conversion in EDs, urgent care, and EMS.
  • Channel Strategy & Partnerships: Collaborate with distributors and partners to expand hospital, trauma center, and EMS reach.
  • Sales Enablement & Playbooks: Equip sales teams with training and playbooks for high-acuity applications like resuscitation and bedside diagnostics.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Adoption: Ensure marketing materials meet global regulatory requirements and drive ongoing POCUS adoption through education.
