Job Summary

You will own end-to-end product education content and video production, driving tutorials, onboarding and trial-conversion flows, and cross-channel content reuse across email, social, and docs; you will continuously improve pieces using product context and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Script, record, and edit concise tutorials, demos, and launch videos
Create email, social, and docs content that helps customers use Loops
Explain onboarding, trial-conversion, and churn-prevention email flows
Repurpose strong ideas across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and docs
Use product context, performance, and customer feedback to improve each piece

Requirements

1+ years creating product marketing, technical, customer education, or software content
1–3 video examples, including content published in the last 30 days. Feel free to make something very short and send it in
Active on at least one of X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
Strong writing, presentation, and editing skills
Comfortable learning a SaaS product and explaining it simply
Some technical experience, or an interest in becoming more technical, is a plus
Based in the United States and able to work remotely
