Own and coordinate producer communications programs by aligning timelines, partner with State Beef Councils and national partners, and ensure consistency across all producer communications.

Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or similar
  • 4-6 years of experience in communications, agriculture, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the cattle/beef industry or agriculture preferred
  • Strong writing skills, with ability to adapt to a “producer voice”
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and curation
  • Skilled in PDF creation and manipulation
  • Experience with digital communications (email, social, analytics tools, A.I. platforms)
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across projects

The Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, usually referred to as the Cattlemen's Beef Board (CBB), consists of 101 members, including domestic beef, dairy and veal producers, as well as importers of beef and beef products.
