Job Summary

Drive growth-focused product leadership by translating business targets into a scalable roadmap and cross-functional initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for subscribers.

  • Growth ownership: Define the product roadmap and pricing/packaging to balance growth with profitability.
  • Cross-channel optimization: Lead experiments and funnel improvements with analytics to lift conversion and engagement across digital and assisted channels.
  • Go-to-market collaboration: Align with marketing, sales, and channel teams on segmentation, campaigns, and landing-page optimization to maximize value and churn reduction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product’s growth strategy and roadmap, aligned to business targets such as subscriber growth, ARPU, attach rates, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives that improve awareness, consideration, conversion across digital and assisted channels, activation completion rates, and cross‑sell/upsell performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to develop segmentation and value propositions, launch campaigns across all channels, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers.
  • Partner with analytics to define and track funnel KPIs, run experiments to improve conversion and engagement, and build dashboards that support decision‑making.
  • Influence pricing and packaging to balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Serve as the voice of the business in product discussions to ensure new features drive measurable growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, growth, or a related role (e.g., growth marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy).
  • Strong B2C, E-commerce experience is preferred. Customer focus.
  • Proven track record driving customer acquisition, conversion, or retention in a subscription or consumer service.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and channel teams.
  • Ability to translate business goals into concrete product and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
