Responsibilities

  • Lead Market Perspective On The Media Landscape
  • Establish clear, defensible points of view on the evolving media landscape, with emphasis on social platforms, creator ecosystems, social commerce, podcasting, and emerging channels.
  • Shape how brands and vendors understand the future role of media through research, frameworks, and published thought leadership.
  • Track and interpret breaking developments to inform client guidance and press engagement.
  • Advise CMOs And Brand Leaders On Media, Comms, And Creator Strategy
  • Consult with CMOs and senior marketing executives on integrated media strategy, communications planning, and social and creator approaches.
  • Lead cross‑functional workshops that bring together brand, media, social, and creator stakeholders.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks that help organizations break down silos and make smarter, more connected decisions across teams.
  • Evaluate Social And Creator Technologies And Partner With Vendors
  • Conduct and defend evaluative research on social and creator technologies, including social suites, social listening and consumer intelligence platforms, and creator marketing solutions.
  • Deliver comparative insights and market landscapes that guide client technology investment decisions.
  • Advise vendors on positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market strategy, and how evolving buyer expectations should shape product direction.

  • IP creation: Own and evolve an integrated research and content portfolio that delivers clear, defensible points of view through original research and published insights.
  • Client engagement: Guide CMOs and other senior marketing leaders using Forrester research, frameworks, and judgment through various types of client engagements.
  • Events and sales support: Build Forrester’s market presence by presenting at events, speaking with the press, and partnering with sales and analyst relations.
