Job Summary

Own media relations and strategy for fashion, culture and lifestyle clients with a focus on securing top-tier coverage, influencer seeding, and live event activations; manage day-to-day client work and senior team alignment.

  • Media & Outreach: Build press lists, craft angles, and secure coverage across print, online, broadcast and new media.
  • Event & Activation: Plan and execute events and brand activations, coordinating on-site support.
  • Influencer & Content Strategy: Develop influencer seeding plans and oversee logistics and relationships.

Job Description

  • Support senior staff in the ideation and development of strategy supporting clients’ goals
  • Pitch and secure media coverage on client activity across both traditional and new media
  • Ideate creative pitch and media angles and concepts
  • Manage media requests for editorial opportunities and events - supporting on-site as needed
  • Liaise directly with clients and manage day to day account activity
  • Create media alerts, releases, and other press collateral
  • Plan and execute events and brand activations
  • Research and share analysis on top trends within the fashion/culture/sport industries
  • Demonstrate strong relationships with target press and influencers
  • Build and maintain target media lists, consistently developing new relationships aligned with theever-changing landscape
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience, ideally with relevant brands across fashion, retail, culture, and/or lifestyle spaces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and concisely communicate ideas to clients, media, senior team members and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, culture and retail media landscapes
  • Proven track record in securing top tier coverage in print, online, broadcast and new media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively and concisely communicate ideas to clients, media, senior team members and colleagues - strong deck-building and writing skills are essential
  • Strong grasp on the digital landscape
  • Superior time management skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in supervising/mentoring junior staff
