Job Summary

Own integrated PR and communications programs for InsurTech clients, driving media coverage, executive visibility and story-led campaigns across insurance, fintech, and tech audiences.

Own media relations, pitch development, media lists, coverage tracking, and reporting to prove impact.
Shape thought leadership and speaking opportunities, awards submissions, and executive visibility programs.
Inform storytelling through industry research, competitive intelligence, and trend spotting to fuel narratives and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated communications and PR campaigns for InsurTech clients
Assist with media relations, including building media lists, drafting pitches, and monitoring coverage
Draft and edit communications materials such as press releases, bylines, award submissions, talking points, client updates, and social media copy
Track media coverage, compile reports, and assist with measurement and insights
Conduct industry, competitor, and media research to support client strategies
Create written content for social media profiles for client company and executive accounts
Support executive visibility efforts, including thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and awards submissions
Stay current on InsurTech, Insurance, Fintech, and Tech trends to inform storytelling and strategy
Assist with speaker opportunities for clients including identifying events, crafting submissions, and prepping clients

Requirements

Candidates will be required to show examples of past PR/Communications work
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
2-6 years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, or agency environment
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience creating social media content for company and executive accounts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Knowledge of InsurTech, Insurance, Fintech, and Tech a plus but not required
