Responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC Specialist, based in Ladera Ranch, CA.
• Managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media
• Optimizing ad performance
• Researching relevant keywords
• Tracking analytics
• Generating performance reports
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and refine PPC strategies that align with the organization’s goals
• Creative ad copywriting and the ability to identify trends in campaign performance

Requirements

• Experience in PPC management, including running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising tools
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and familiarity with tracking tools for performance optimization
• Skills in keyword research, campaign optimization, and managing budgets effectively
• Strong ability in crafting compelling and effective ad copy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in the healthcare or mental health services sector is a plus
