Job Summary

Own end-to-end RFP orchestration for energy proposals while shaping cross-functional bids and intelligence for high-volume opportunities.

  • RFP Process Ownership: standardize workflow, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration for bids.
  • CRM & Intelligence: manage ENGIE CRM for opportunities and surface commercial and competitive insights.
  • Engagement & Materials: develop and keep ENGIE proposals and customer-facing documents current.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Manage the RFP proposal process in response to a high volume of simultaneous RFPs, collaborating cross-functionally to support bids & strategy - Engage with customers by attending meetings and conferences alongside regional leads - Develop and maintain marketing materials, including ENGIE proposals and external documents provided to customers - Standardize processes for internal and external engagement to ensure consistency across the Power Marketing team analysts - Oversee CRM and intelligence by managing ENGIE CRM for opportunities and developing commercial and competitive intelligence with other groups Requirements - Bachelor’s degree, economics, finance, mathematics, science, engineering, or related field of study where you have learned contracts/proposals, negotiations, business administration, or similar analytics-based coursework - Minimum of two (2) years experience in the energy industry within a related sector such as renewables marketing (origination) or proposal development - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills - High energy and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proficient writing capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Consistent and reliable attendance, efficient time management, self-starter attitude, and a collaborative spirit willing to work with cross-functional departments and external customers Benefits - Our comprehensive benefits package includes options for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance, ESPP, generous paid time off including wellness days, holidays and leave programs. - We also help you plan for retirement by offering a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a company match. - Supplemental benefits for full time employees that enhance emotional and physical well-being through all stages of life from family forming to caregiver benefits.
