Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent campaign initiatives at pop-up events and community outreach locations
  • Engage with customers or community members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding campaigns and services
  • Participate in daily team briefings and ongoing training sessions
  • Track activity and maintain accurate reporting

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional setting
  • Previous customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
