Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Remote – US Based) Company: GHA Marketing Industry: B2B Podcast Production & Marketing GHA Marketing is a fast-growing B2B podcast production and marketing agency. We help consultants, coaches, and B2B founders turn their podcasts into authority-building, lead-generating assets. We are hiring a high-performance Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow relationships across 20–30 client accounts. This role is not reactive support. It is strategic ownership. You will drive client outcomes, retention, expansion, and overall programme success. If you thrive on accountability, structure, and delivering measurable results, this role is for you. Role Overview As Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale client journey. From onboarding to monthly performance reviews, you will ensure clients execute properly, see results, and stay long term. You will run onboarding calls, facilitate workshops, monitor KPIs, and conduct structured monthly check-ins to review performance from our podcast marketing programme. You are the bridge between the client and our internal production team. Key Responsibilities1. Client Onboarding Lead structured onboarding calls for new clients Set expectations clearly and align on goals, timelines, and KPIs Ensure all required assets and information are collected efficiently Transition clients smoothly into production 2. Account Management (20–30 Clients) Serve as primary point of contact Coordinate with delivery teams on client status, ensuring the clients work is completed in a timely manner. Maintain organised tracking of deliverables and performance metrics Proactively identify risks before they become problems Drive retention and client satisfaction 3. Workshops & Strategy Sessions Facilitate client workshops to refine positioning, messaging, CTAs, and funnel strategy Help clients align podcast content with lead generation objectives Ensure clients understand how to maximize their programme 4. Monthly Performance Reviews Lead structured monthly check-ins Review download performance, engagement metrics, content output, and funnel results Identify areas for optimization Hold clients accountable to agreed strategies 5. Retention & Expansion Monitor client health scores Identify upsell opportunities where appropriate Reduce churn through proactive engagement KPIs Client retention rate Net revenue retention (expansion revenue) Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) Onboarding completion speed Monthly review completion rate Client KPI progress (downloads, leads, content consistency) Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy roles Experience managing 15+ accounts simultaneously Comfortable leading structured workshops and strategy sessions Strong analytical ability — able to interpret performance metrics Highly organized and process-driven Confident communicator who can challenge clients when needed Experience in marketing, podcasting, content, or B2B services is a strong plus This role requires someone proactive. You will not wait for clients to ask questions. You will lead.
