Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media growth for financial services clients, focusing on Meta lead-generation campaigns, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to hit CPA targets and renewals.

Campaign strategy and execution on Meta for lead generation and appointments, with budgeting, targeting, testing, and creative iteration.
Client leadership and operations, including bi-weekly calls, performance reviews, reporting, and aligning on next steps to drive renewals and referrals.
Measurement and automation setup, including conversion events, pixels, and lead routing integrations with Calendly and Zapier, plus troubleshooting ads-system issues.

Job Description
