Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, APPs, and office managers
• Conduct in-person outreach visits to medical offices and healthcare organizations
• Educate providers and staff about practice services, specialties, and new offerings
• Track referral patterns and identify opportunities for growth
• Serve as a point of contact for referring offices to resolve issues and improve communication
• Assist with community events, health fairs, and provider education programs
• Support marketing efforts, including:
• Assisting with social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Helping create content, graphics, and provider announcements
• Supporting practice newsletters or email campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in physician relations, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development (preferred)
• management or creating marketing content is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with clinical teams
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Familiarity with but not required)
• Ability to create or collaborate on social media content
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics or CRM tools
• Strong presentation and networking skills
