Own end-to-end paid media programs to generate qualified leads and subcontractor relationships while optimizing performance across Google, Meta, and multi-channel campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Generate qualified commercial sales opportunities through paid advertising
  • Develop campaigns that recruit qualified subcontractors and service partners nationwide
  • Build keyword, audience, and targeting strategies that improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, calls to action, and audiences
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing data-driven optimizations
  • Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel
  • Use HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to measure performance throughout the sales and recruiting funnels
  • Develop dashboards that track cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative Director to improve messaging, landing pages, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of paid search, PPC strategy, Quality Score optimization, keyword strategy, and audience targeting
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite
  • Proven success generating qualified leads through paid advertising
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including attribution, workflows, forms, landing pages, automation, and dashboards
  • Experience integrating Google and Meta advertising data with HubSpot
  • Experience recruiting subcontractors, franchisees, independent contractors, or service providers through paid advertising
  • B2B marketing experience in facility services, construction, property management, home services, or a related industry
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications
  • Experience with Local Services Ads or Microsoft Ads
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar conversion-rate optimization tools
