Responsibilities

• Virtually meet with our clients as a representative of our company
• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple advertising-centric client accounts, fostering and nurturing client relationships
• Provide expert guidance on paid advertising strategies & performance
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Translate client needs and project objectives to both internal teams and external contractors
• Schedule and lead internal and external meetings for project success and reviews
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, managing any scope changes or challenges
• Monitor and report on the progress of advertising performance, managing volatility and addressing challenges proactively
• Strong skills in advertising management functions, including:
• Monitoring and managing advertising budgets effectively

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Account Management (Client Communications, Meetings, Report, Proposals)
• 2+ years of experience with Project Management (Project budgeting, planning, oversight)
• 2+ years of experience with Paid Advertising (specifically Google, LinkedIn, Meta & Bing) (Strategy, Planning, Building, and Optimization)
• 2+ years of agency experience
• Ability to function autonomously, be self-directed, self-motivated, dynamic, and decisive
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to your audience
