Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), display advertising, retargeting and other relevant channels
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative iteration
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPI targets
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel attribution
- Build comprehensive dashboards and automated reporting systems to monitor campaign performance
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify learnings and opportunities for future campaigns
- Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets
- Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
