Responsibilities

• Take over our Google Ads program and run it end to end: account structure, keywords, bids, budget pacing, and the experiment roadmap
• Launch and test our first non-search channels: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid social channels
• Brief and test creative, copy, and landing pages, sourcing freelance or agency support
• Maintain a tight feedback loop between creative and performance, shipping new experiments every week

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years running paid acquisition across multiple channels
• Experience building channels from zero
• A demonstrated understanding of high-quality creative and copy that convert
• Hands-on with conversion measurement
• You can reason about CAC, payback, and LTV without a template
