Responsibilities
- Design static paid social ads in 4:5, 9:16, and 1:1 formats
- Produce multiple creative variations weekly for structured A/B testing
- Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, copy variations, and visual iterations
- Build modular templates for offers, bundles, and promotions
- Iterate quickly based on performance data
- Collaborate with the growth team to refine hooks, messaging, and layout
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
- Experience with product or e-commerce creative preferred
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to increase speed and output
- Curious about what drives clicks and conversions
- Portfolio required
