Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Build scalable lead generation and customer acquisition systems
- Optimize funnels from awareness to revenue
- Work closely with Tinova’s strategy, design, and content teams
- Develop performance reporting systems and growth insights
- Help build and scale Tinova’s performance marketing department
