Partnerships Team Intern Job Function: Partnerships Team Industry: Marketing & Advertising Employment Type: Part time Seniority Level: Internship Start date: June 3 Duration: 10 weeks This is a PART-TIME internship (Tuesdays and Thursdays on site - 16 hours/week) that can be applied for college credit. Upon successful completion of the full internship, the intern will be eligible for a bonus. Local applicants only please. Job description: TN Marketing is seeking a Partnership and Business Development Marketing Intern who will be responsible for assisting the team in various activities related to our business areas and our 16 community brands. The candidate will possess strong organizational skills, comfort working/assisting in several divergent areas, be self-motivated, will have the ability to perform research, be excited to find new opportunities and have experience working with online platforms. They will be comfortable multi-tasking on several projects at once while taking initiative to research and learn in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an interest in digital marketing, project management, and/or business development as a career path. They will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in areas such as project management, digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, collaborative workflow platforms, new business development/research, paid media, and community travel. Job responsibilities will contain some of or all the following areas: Assist partnership team with various activities and projects within our CRM platform Hubspot. Assist partnership team with various activities and projects within our collaborative workflow platform AirTable. Lead/support misc. department projects related to partnership campaigns, activities, creative assets, data/results, etc. Research, identify and document prospective company partnership opportunities for our brands across various online channels. Research, identify and document endemic paid media advertising options/opportunities for our brands and potential outreach to these companies for media kits and additional information. Project support with our community travel/trips business area. Candidate Requirements Ability to manage regular/routine activities as well as project work. Ability to take direction and work independently. Demonstrated ability and/or comfort working in CMS and with collaborative/shared workflow tools. Demonstrated project management experience. Demonstrated research skills. Some digital marketing experience/knowledge desired. Positive attitude, self-starter and self-motivated.
