Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated acquisitions marketing strategy for LatAm & GFG that combines co-marketing, sponsorships and paid media streams.
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard new strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with target audiences and commercial objectives to increase brand visibility, support business growth, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements, terms and budgets, ensuring optimal value and alignment with the organization’s objectives. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, finance) to ensure successful partner implementation.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing programs with partners (co-branded campaigns, activations, content, offers) and connect them to performance channels (paid search, social…). Manage relationships with key partners, serving as day-to-day point of contact and ensure high-quality execution of the program.
  • Lead the day-to-day multi-channel (social display, programmatic, paid search, etc.) and digital paid media campaigns, including audience strategy, messaging, testing and optimization.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals. Translate performance data into actionable insights, explaining not just what happened but why — and how we can do more, better.
  • Manage acquisition marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient budget allocation. Conduct monthly media performance reviews with CMO and finance leadership.
  • Continually scan the market for new partnership and sponsorship opportunities, audience insights and media innovations. Generate ideas for themes, topics, platforms, and solutions to amplify our voice and reach new prospects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer acquisition, partner marketing and/or sponsorships.
  • Demonstrated success structuring and executing acquisitions strategies and campaigns that generate measurable demand and/or revenue.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including working with platforms, tracking and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, performance optimization, and ROI measurement. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in audience analysis, segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Strong editorial, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the Latin American region and macroeconomic landscape.
  • Proven experience in media strategy, CRM, and analytics within a retail, or high-end consumer environment
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, full-funnel marketing, and customer acquisition measurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with personalization and automation marketing tools and platforms.

Preferred

  • MBA.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese.
