Job Summary
Own partner relationships and campaign execution to drive partner revenue and growth in travel marketing partnerships.
- Build and manage partner relationships, serving as the primary contact and leading senior-leadership discussions.
- Own multi campaign execution across partnerships, timelines, deliverables, and creative assets, including campaign updates and results.
- Plan and execute conferences, roadshows, and partner experiences while traveling to key events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for destination and supplier partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Lead partner meetings with senior leadership and provide proactive communication throughout campaigns
- Present campaign updates, recommendations, and results to partner senior leadership teams
- Manage multiple partnership marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that help partners achieve their goals
- Create designs and support for email marketing campaigns, webinars, virtual trainings, and digital initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Assist with the planning and execution of conferences, roadshows, trade events, sales missions, FAM trips, and partner experiences
Requirements
- 2+ Years Experience in the travel industry, tourism industry, destination marketing, hospitality, or related fields
- Experience working for a travel marketing agency, tourism marketing agency, destination marketing organization, tour operator, travel supplier, or similar organization
- Experience managing client relationships and marketing campaigns
- Experience planning and executing events
- Experience with presentation development and public speaking
- Proficient in design and working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
- 2+ Years Experience in the travel industry, tourism industry, destination marketing, hospitality, or related fields
- Experience working for a travel marketing agency, tourism marketing agency, destination marketing organization, tour operator, travel supplier, or similar organization
