Job Summary

Own the sponsorship ecosystem and deliver measurable partner ROI by planning assets, managing timelines, and compiling impact recaps.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Own sponsor platforms from asset fulfillment to timeline management and reporting.
  • ROI & ROO: Build and summarize per-sponsor plans with mid-year and year-end case studies to show value.
  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Align with legal, finance, and internal teams to meet sponsor needs and ensure smooth execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Growth Infrastructure: Deliver effective sponsorship platforms by managing expectations, timelines, and asset fulfillment.
  • Partner Engagement: Use diverse methods to creatively engage with partners, leveraging industry knowledge to overcome challenges and create business opportunities.
  • Sponsorship Execution: Plan and execute sponsors’ contractual elements, including media assets, in-market promotions, activations, hospitality, experiential, and community programs.
  • ROI/ROO Oversight: Develop sponsor plans to demonstrate ROI and ROO and oversee mid-year and year-end recap/case studies.
  • Process & Expectations Management: Manage internal and external partner expectations on processes, timelines, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Research & Activation Concepts: Prepare Research/Market Awareness to stay updated on partner news, industry trends and activation concepts for partners.
  • Reporting & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate reporting processes and partner database management.
  • Status Reporting: Provide a high-level weekly report indicating the status of all current partner and department action items.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (like legal, finance, etc.) on partner needs.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sponsorship environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers.
  • Creative problem solver with ability to quickly understand brands/partners’ business models.
  • Highly driven self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills; highly numerate.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy, loyal, and ethical.
  • Willingness to work the hours required to fulfill commitments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with strong punctuation and grammar; exceptional listening skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
