Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and schedule content across the company's social channels
  • Engage with the community regularly using the right tone for each platform
  • Partner with the brand and social lead to carry out social strategy
  • Support influencer initiatives by coordinating with creators and tracking deliverables and spend
  • Develop campaign-related creative ideas, monitor results, and provide recommendations based on performance data
  • Help cover launches, events, and other live moments in real time

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of social media experience for a brand, creator, or organization
  • Strong writing skills and creative judgment
  • Experience managing a multi-platform content calendar
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or native platform tools
  • Canva skills required; Figma, education-sector experience, and social-ready video or design skills are helpful
