Responsibilities

  • Represent our cleaning businesses in a professional and friendly manner
  • Visit high-traffic locations such as malls, campuses, events, and other public areas to engage with people and collect feedback
  • Ask individuals for their honest opinions about our brands, teams, professionalism, attention to detail, quality of service, and overall customer experience
  • Collect feedback through a short QR code survey
  • Provide insights that can help improve our businesses and services
