Job Summary

Own the technical stability and growth-ready evolution of client WordPress sites with ADA compliance, performance monitoring, and ongoing updates, while also shaping social visuals in Canva and video edits in CapCut for content programs.

  • Site Ownership: maintain and update WordPress sites, address issues quickly, ensure ADA compliance, and support new builds and launches.
  • Visual Content: design Canva graphics and script/edit social videos in CapCut for ongoing campaigns.
  • Analytics & SEO: monitor Google Analytics, derive insights to lift traffic, engagement, and conversions, and handle SEO prep before launch.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain and update existing WordPress websites built with Elementor.
  • Conduct regular website maintenance and security checks.
  • Troubleshoot and address website issues when needed.
  • Make limited updates and changes to the website.
  • Ensure websites remain in compliance with ADA standards.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to build new WordPress websites and provide ongoing support.
  • Conceptualize a visual identity, site map, and website layout.
  • Design and build the website (no coding experience required).
  • Implement graphic and text changes.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience, or more, depending on area of expertise
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, and other website platforms
