Job Description

Responsibilities

Staff the Costco exit fence area or designated roadshow booth during scheduled shifts
Engage Costco members in friendly conversation about the Costco flooring program
Briefly explain flooring options and the benefits of purchasing through Costco
Encourage interested members to sign up for a free in-home flooring estimate
Collect basic customer information using provided forms or digital tools
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Costco brand positively
Set up and break down simple promotional displays when required

Requirements

Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public
Retail, customer service, or promotional experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for Costco warehouse environment
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Basic familiarity with tablets or simple digital sign-up tools (training provided)
