Responsibilities

• Engaging the Public: Starting real, genuine conversations with homeowners to build rapport rather than just reading a script.
• Qualifying Leads: Asking the right questions to qualify interest and identify homeowners who need our services.
• Setting the Stage: Scheduling solid appointments for our Design Consultants to close the deal.
• Representing the Brand: Acting as a professional ambassador for a premium national brand.
• Managing Your Space: Handling the logistics of setting up and breaking down event displays, including tables, signs, and tents.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Weekend availability (at least 3 weekend shifts per month) and are required to provide weekday support.
• You are coachable, competitive, and love competing against yourself to smash goals.
• You have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable setting up/breaking down event displays.

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
