Job Summary

Own field and event engagement to introduce window and door solutions, drive conversations, and set up home consultations through in-person touchpoints.

Brand and event presence across events, retail, and community locations to generate interest
Conversation-led lead generation and qualification to connect homeowners with sales
In-home consultation setup and handoff to the sales team to convert interest

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
Start conversations and connect with potential customers
Share information about our window and door solutions
Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team

Requirements

Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
Personal reliable transportation required
Valid driver’s license
