Drive community engagement and student recruitment for a TK–8 public charter school as a Community Liaison.

Lead recruitment activities and manage inquiries from prospective families.
Must-have: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in outreach or education.
Standout: Strong relationship-building with diverse families and community partners.

Develop and implement strategies to recruit new TK–8 students and families.
Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, providing information about programs, mission, and enrollment procedures.
Manage and track prospective student inquiries and maintain regular follow-up with interested families.
Support families through the application, lottery, and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate enrollment records and a database of recruitment, enrollment, and disenrollment activities, including parent surveys and exit interviews.
Build relationships with local preschools, childcare providers, community organizations, and youth programs.
Represent the school at community events, festivals, fairs, and family-focused gatherings.
Coordinate school tours, open houses, and information sessions for prospective families.
Develop partnerships with local businesses and community groups to increase awareness of the school.
Serve as a welcoming point of contact for current and prospective families.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in community outreach, marketing, or education.
Experience in community engagement, enrollment management, marketing, social media, or family services preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Ability to build relationships with diverse families and community partners.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with data tracking systems and spreadsheets.
Passion for education and supporting students and families.
