Job Summary

Paid Social ownership: own the end to end paid social program for client accounts from planning to optimization and become the SME on calls.

  • Campaign and audience development to drive client goals with strong collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Budget management and ongoing optimizations tied to holistic client metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis.
  • Collaborate with account stakeholders to ensure a powerful marketing strategy is deployed using Paid Social knowledge.
  • Budget accounts and identify optimizations to track toward clients' goals.
  • Work with the Paid Social Specialist on your accounts to ensure campaigns, audiences, creatives and ad sets are created; apply account learnings to each.
  • Be the Paid Social SME on client calls, owning all things Paid Social.
  • Work closely with account stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals and holistic metrics.
  • Transition into serving as a trusted paid social resource for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the Facebook Ads Manager platform and be able to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred

  • 2 years + experience running paid social campaigns, with proven results within the e-commerce space
  • 1 years + experience in an agency environment preferred
  • Experience running TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn campaigns preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or G-Suite tools preferred
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Able to complete tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Creativity and experience bringing new platforms and ideas to fruition
