Job Summary

Own paid search for coupon and trademark bidding, driving CTR, CPC, and ROAS while building dashboards and collaborating with Partnerships to stay compliant.

  • Growth ownership: Launch, optimize, and scale paid search for major advertisers with coupon/trademark focus.
  • Operations and analytics: Build campaigns, QA, optimizations, and reporting dashboards to track performance.
  • Collaboration and compliance: Align with Partnerships and advertiser guidelines to sustain results.

Job Description

  • Launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns for major advertisers focusing on coupon and trademark bidding strategies
  • Support campaign builds, QA, and ongoing optimizations across TM+ and coupon-focused accounts
  • Partner with internal teams (Partnerships) to improve campaign performance
  • Help maintain reporting dashboards and contribute to weekly/monthly performance summaries
  • Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and impression share
  • Ensure campaigns align with advertiser guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, or a related field (internships count)
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in performance marketing, online commerce, and/or affiliate/coupon space
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or SA360
  • Experience working with large datasets or reporting tools
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing or coupon/trademark paid search strategies
