Drive paid media strategy and client growth as a Senior Strategist, Paid Media across multiple platforms.
- Own portfolio of high-value or complex paid media accounts and lead client communications.
- 5–6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Translate performance data into business outcomes and lead strategic client calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets meet performance goals.
- Lead reporting and dashboards to communicate ROI clearly (NinjaCat, Databox, HubSpot).
- Maintain proactive client communication and position the agency as a growth partner.
- Present upsell opportunities and coordinate with Group Leads on expansions.
- Partner with junior team members to delegate tasks and ensure execution quality.
- Mentor others on advanced strategies, troubleshooting, and reporting approaches.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing with case studies and platform updates.
