Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and Deploy Campaigns: End-to-end setup and launch of multi-channel paid media campaigns (e.g., search, display, social, native) directly within platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Ensure Technical Integrity: Precise setup and testing of conversion tracking, audience lists, and campaign tagging to ensure data accuracy.
  • Campaign Optimization Support: Assist with routine campaign optimizations, applying best practices to improve performance metrics like bid adjustments, budget pacing, and minor ad rotations as directed.
  • Data Organization and Reporting Prep: Pull campaign data and organize it for weekly and monthly reports, assisting with fundamental data analysis needed to inform recommendations.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and managing elements of campaigns across different platforms for search, social, display, native, streaming, video, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, platform pixels)
  • Familiarity with pulling and organizing campaign data for reporting
  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building, setting up, and managing campaigns within digital advertising platforms.
  • Platform Proficiency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, DSPs (StackAdapt), and streaming audio (Pandora/Spotify)
  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of conversion tracking implementation and basic web analytics principles (e.g., how to place pixels/tags, common tracking errors)
