Job Description

Responsibilities

Building and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
Writing ad copy, and briefing our designers on the creative
Building and refining audiences, adjusting bids, and managing budgets
Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (Insight Tag, Zapier, analytics integrations)
Presenting performance and recommendations on bi-weekly client calls
Proactively surfacing insights and ideas before anyone asks for them

Requirements

2-4 years hands-on managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Hands-on means you were the one in the account, not the one reviewing someone who was.
LinkedIn Ads is your main platform, or it's the one you want to go deep on.
You write your own ad copy, and you're good at it.
You're active on LinkedIn: commenting, ideally posting. We'll look at your profile.
You follow paid media closely and genuinely enjoy it. You have opinions about what works and what doesn't.
Detail-oriented. In this job a wrong exclusion or an untracked conversion costs a client real money.
You hold your own on a client call. You can present numbers to a VP of Marketing, field hard questions, and push back when you disagree.
Agency or B2B tech experience, and you know how to manage a client relationship.
You communicate clearly and proactively, and you don't go quiet when things get busy.
Located in the United States or Canada.
