Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will be our in-house expert in paid media performance, responsible for optimizing digital advertising investments to generate qualified leads across our North American franchise network.
  • Bridge strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
  • Own and optimize lead generation performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads for multiple markets and audiences.
  • Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing to maximize conversions and cost efficiency (CPA, CPC, ROAS).
  • Design and execute A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
  • Monitor full-funnel performance including post-click behavior, call tracking, conversions, and CRM outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, audience setup, and data integrity using Google Tag Manager and platform tools.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks; deliver actionable weekly and monthly insights.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay current on paid media trends and best practices and identify opportunities to apply them within the organization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Paid Social (agency or client-side).
  • Certified in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and performance improvement (CPC, CPA, keywords, negatives, bidding tools).
  • Experience with tracking and measurement tools including Google Tag Manager and conversion/phone tracking (assets).
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker, able to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
