Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies for healthcare accounts.
  • Assist in developing and drive lead generation strategies
  • Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver insightful monthly reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement data-driven adjustments.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Confidently present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in paid media campaign development, deployment, and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and other ad serving platforms
  • Understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate the data and find answers
  • Experience in campaign data analysis and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and an understanding of attribution modeling.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
