Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across *Search, Display, and Performance Max*
  • Drive high-quality lead generation while managing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-admission (CPA) goals
  • Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Create high-converting landing pages or collaborate closely with designers and content creators to ensure strong campaign alignment
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution to accurately measure campaign performance
  • Ensure compliance with Google's healthcare advertising requirements, including LegitScript and other applicable policies
  • Partner with marketing and admissions teams to optimize campaigns based on actual patient outcomes—not just clicks or form submissions
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, treatment, or another highly regulated, high-CPC industry
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, or similar
  • CRM experience with the ability to track leads throughout the full admissions pipeline and report on performance
  • Experience building landing pages using platforms such as Unbounce, WordPress, or similar, or strong copywriting skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate results
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience marketing behavioral health or addiction treatment services
  • Familiarity with LegitScript certification and Google healthcare advertising compliance
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on offline conversion data and admissions outcomes
