Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients in the legal industry on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
  • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
  • Report performance metrics to stakeholders, including strategy recommendations to improve performance
  • Conduct competitive client research to position iLawyerMarketing clients ahead of their competitors
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
  • Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
  • Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and additional job duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
  • Ability to translate campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams using various platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
  • Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
  • Coachability: Demonstrates a growth mindset by actively seeking, embracing, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, automation tools, and emerging ad formats
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in the legal marketing field preferred
  • Client-facing experience preferred, including participating in meetings, communicating campaign updates, and building positive client relationships
