Responsibilities

• Own and execute Sayu’s Instagram and TikTok content — filming, editing, posting, and growing engagement
• Plan and run email marketing: list growth, segmentation, and campaigns that actually sell
• Optimize Google SEO
• Learn and run Meta ad campaigns — audience targeting, budget, analytics, optimization
• Help shape brand voice, aesthetic, and content calendar across all channels
• Design or direct visually compelling graphics for campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials
• Track performance across channels and bring data-backed ideas to the table
• Support inventory handling, in-person events and pop-ups around Austin
• Pursue and follow up on wholesale and partnership opportunities (local wellness retailers, aligned brands, collabs)
• Bring your own ideas — this role has real room to shape strategy, not just execute someone else’s

Requirements

• Local to Austin, able to come to Sayu HQ in person every Tuesday and Friday
• Highly proficient already in Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo email marketing, and Meta ads — this isn’t a "learn from scratch" role, it’s "sharpen what you’ve got"
• Taste. Genuine eye for what looks and sounds good — on-brand, aesthetic, not generic
• Hungry to learn and to prove yourself — wants ownership, not just tasks
• Organized and self-directed; comfortable managing multiple channels without hand-holding
• Personal interest in and aware of online trends regarding sustainability, natural beauty, wellness, biohacking, holistic health
