Job Summary

Own cross‑channel paid ads for multiple clients with a clear KPI focus and direct client ownership, including strategy, budget, targeting, and reporting, backed by 3+ years of paid ads experience.

Own Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube campaigns and conversion tracking across lead gen and ecommerce.
Coordinate with creative, copy, and analytics teams to lift performance and hit objectives.
Provide transparent, actionable performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and run ad campaigns, optimizing them based upon client established KPIs and acting as a point of contact for clients.
Cross-functionally execute strategies to ensure success for clients.
Manage Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
Oversee campaign strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Handle reporting, optimization, and client communication.
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years managing paid advertising campaigns.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Experience with lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and reporting.
Agency experience preferred; experience managing multiple client accounts highly preferred.
Candidates should possess either formal education in marketing or equivalent real-world experience in marketing roles or through agency/in-house work or running a marketing-related business.
